SUBMISSION AGREEMENT

By submitting your entry (“Entry”) for Eat My Critique’s Golden Plate Tournament, you agree that:

·    You took the photographs being submitted or have the legal rights to submit this Entry.

·    The Entry does not contain anything that could be found offensive, violent, pornographic, or harmful.

·    You understand that you have not won anything and that you are not guaranteed that your Entry will be selected to compete in a Golden Plate Tournament.

·    Eat My Critique will, in its sole discretion, select the Entries that will compete in the Golden Plate Tournament.

·    Eat My Critique may contact you about your Entry using the information submitted or via your social media accounts

. You understand that you will have to agree to the official rules of the Golden Plate Tournament if your Entry is selected.

·    Use of the Eat My Critique website and submission of your Entry is governed by Eat My Critique’s Terms of Use.
